Shipping & Duties

Where we ship. From Tokyo to the United States and the countries listed in the country selector.

Duties and import taxes. For orders shipped to the United States, all import duties are included in the price shown. Nothing is charged on delivery. For other countries, duties and taxes on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated at checkout.

Shipping cost. United States: through September 12, 2026, free shipping on orders over $100 (our standard threshold is $200). Below the free-shipping line, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight (from $22). Other countries: calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

Dispatch. Orders leave Tokyo within 2–5 business days. Pre-order items show their dispatch window on the product page.

Carrier and transit. Japan Post EMS, tracked door to door. United States: typically 5–10 days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves.

Packing. Every piece is wrapped individually by hand and boxed for international transit.

Damage in transit. If anything arrives broken, email info@yuwen.jp within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We replace it, or refund in full if it is no longer available.
