Return Policy :

Only wrong, damaged or defective items can be refund.
If you find any, please contact us info@yuwen.jp. within 14days of arrival. If 14days have passed, unfortunately we are not able to offer you any refund, return or any exchange.
Please be advised that some produtcs have unavoidable abrasion, like uneven application of graze or black spots by iron powder, and those are not accepted as damaged or defective.
