Square chopsticks with softened, chamfered edges and a band of two-tone gold leaf at the hand end. The leaf is applied in irregular flakes, so the gold has depth and movement rather than a flat printed shine.
The body is lacquered PBT resin, a little heavier in the hand than the octagonal version, with a broad 9 mm grip that suits larger hands. Gold-accented chopsticks are traditional for celebration meals in Japan, above all New Year.
Pair with our gold chopstick rests and kinran plates for a festive setting. Hand wash only.
