Our beige and gold and beige and silver octagonal chopsticks, paired in a paulownia wood box. The eight-sided form is easy to hold and does not roll; the two metallic finishes make it clear which pair is whose.
Lacquered by hand in Fukui, the home of Echizen lacquerware, over natural wood. The urushi has a soft, moist sheen and a gentle feel against the lips that resin cannot match.
A ready-made wedding, anniversary or housewarming gift. The pairs are also sold separately.
